We meet each Tuesday morning, and player numbers can vary greatly from 6–7 to 15. We will always struggle with a transient population.
​
Our structure is dictated by player numbers, but we aim for 5 per team. We play for about 90 minutes, in 15 minute sessions with a break for water (and oxygen!) intake.
Our pitch is a single enclosed AstroTurf surface, technically a hockey pitch being fairly compact and with goals smaller than normal. The surface itself and pitch markings are very good.
Going forward, Browns are currently in the process of having a second full size grass football pitch laid

- 'Keeper only in the "D"
- Ball over head height allowed
- Running on and off the ball penalised
- Kick-in from the sidelines in lieu of a throw-in
- 'Keeper must roll or throw the ball back into play, but this must not be over head height.
